Tiffany Wilkinson

Member Services Specialist

Tiffany brings more than 25 years of extensive experience to her role as Member Services Specialist, including expertise in the areas of membership, legislation, and legalities. Her background and passion for customer service, as well as her strong knack for organization, make her an asset to any team or client she works on. Tiffany’s task-orientation, proven track record of maintaining efficient processes, and emphasis on relationships helps create a harmonious balance between operational systems and the people who run them. She can see (and explain) “the why” behind any approach or infrastructure of which she is familiar – often expediting projects and timelines because of her ability to conceptualize quickly and develop effective messaging.

In addition to her professional work, Tiffany is passionate about mentoring young adults and providing influence and insight to the future generation of thinkers. She holds her bachelor’s degree in social science from Michigan State University and obtained her paralegal degree from Lansing Community College.
