With 12 years of experience leading association membership activities, Morgan assists Ngage clients with developing programs, initiatives, and policies strategies to best serve their memberships. He also brings a track record of creating and distributing information to current and prospective members that has resulted in consistent membership retention statistics.

Through providing strategic direction, Morgan works closely with the board of directors and committee members to implement programs and events. He has a unique ability to decern association needs and goals and then collaborates with the Ngage team as well as association leaders to ensure members are receiving optimal membership benefits.

Morgan earned a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and a master’s degree from DePaul University.
