Founded in 2013, Ngage Management is a full-service association and event management company headquartered in mid-Michigan. In four short years, we became Michigan's largest association management company. We have since grown to 43 employees working in 10 states serving 22 clients – including seven international clients. We work collaboratively across various channels to facilitate client success in profitable and meaningful ways.

Our proudest achievements are the success of clients, team members, work culture, and high client satisfaction scores, which speaks volumes about our client retention rate. With a reputation for shifting conventional thinking into a modern, creative, and collaborative approach, we elevate how association management companies operate.

What sets Ngage apart? We take an unconventional approach by developing a collaborative partnership with clients and identifying their uniqueness and what makes them successful. We won’t force a client to adapt to the traditional AMC approach of association management; want our clients to operate in the way that works best for them.

We know we aren’t for every association and understand that not every association is right for us. Unconventional is not just something we talk about. It is in our DNA.

This approach is based on Ngage’s founder’s mindset and precedence to think outside the box and never settle for the status quo. Ngage founder and CEO, Tobi Lyon, has built a solid team of employees and clients who also don’t want to settle for the status quo. The outcomes demonstrated and sustained not only include Ngage’s recorded achievement in business growth but how its membership-based clients thrive, not just survive!

Woven into our values and evident in our culture are: belonging and community. The work we do for our clients is extremely important to us – and so is our outreach and presence. Ngage takes part in ongoing professional development and community engagement through involvement with various organizations.

Community Involvement

As servant leaders, we greatly value – and prioritize – serving our community for the betterment of others and ourselves. We contribute to the community through membership, pro bono services, financial contributions, board representation, volunteer hours and donations. The coolest part? We strongly support and encourage our employees to volunteer and allow the flexibility to do so during business hours.
