With more than 20 years of professional experience, Lisa brings a strong work ethic and a devotion to teamwork to Ngage, and she strives to leave things (both people and organizations) better than she found them. Her areas of expertise include event and project management, board and committee management, and operations. Lisa brings a finance background and expert insight to her client organizations and works closely with her teams to enhance member and board experience. She is highly organized and efficient but takes pride in her ability to pivot in a crisis or as any circumstance evolves. Lisa has a proven track record of helping organizations develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business outcomes.

Prior to joining the team, Lisa served in business management, finance, and human resource positions. Her unique experience offers her clients strategic communication and tactical management that is rooted in understanding. Lisa values both professional and personal growth and community engagement.
