For more than eight years, Janna has provided service and support to members of a variety of organizations. Her professional passion lies within efficiency and with the question of how she can help a client serve its members in a more effective and mutually beneficial way. This is the question Janna begins each project with, and she believes administrating both membership and events truly highlights her strengths.

In her role at Ngage, Janna responds to member inquiries, requests, and issues by investigating, and resolving concerns, and providing solutions. Organization is key to Janna’s success, and she prides herself on keeping clients’ events on task and membership records up to date by working closely with Ngage team members, vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders.

Janna earned a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. She is a member of MSAE.

Top Three Professional Achievements:

• Assisted members in securing CMEs by successfully implementing virtual CME programs during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic

• Allowed students, interns, and residents to continue their educational discussion series by establishing virtual meetings

• Always up for a challenge, is ready to learn and dive into a project!
