Top three Professional Achievements

  1. Helped steer trade association membership through the challenges of COVID by swiftly adapting our approach by transitioning from traditional programming to hosting weekly member Zoom forums, facilitating discussions on emerging market issues and sharing solutions in real-time. Ensured our members stayed informed by delivering breaking industry updates through digital communications, equipping small businesses with essential resources to navigate the quickly evolving landscape.

  2. In response to the cancellation of our live Annual Conference due to COVID, I orchestrated a creative alternative to support a digital conference by creating and shipping engagement boxes to registered attendees.
