Four National Associations Relocate Operations to Michigan

Ngage Management, a full-service association management company headquartered in Okemos, Michigan, recently contracted with four national radiology societies who will be moving their operations to the state. These organizations include the American Association for Women Radiologists, Society for Advanced Body Imaging, Society of Breast Imaging, and Society for Pediatric Radiology.

“Ngage’s strategic direction and long-term goal has been to expand our footprint at the national level and to bring more associations’ headquarters to Michigan. We want to provide additional employment opportunities for association professionals here,” said CEO, Tobi Lyon. “We have maintained a focus on clients that not only fit our service model, but also are a good match for our culture. This hasn’t always been easy, and we had to make some hard decisions along the way, but ultimately it keeps us positioned to not only best serve our clients, but to continue to live by our Ngage values.”

Built as a work anywhere company, with employees in multiple states, Ngage has continued that direction over the past few months, offering current employees the opportunity to work virtually and hiring additional remote employees for high-level positions.

In addition to its client growth, the company will welcome staff who lead and serve these organizations as full-time Ngage employees. Once all client and employee transitions are completed, and the 11 new positions have been filled, Ngage will have a total of 48 employees located across nine states.
