Be Extraordinary – 2022 Ngage Theme
When it comes to our clients, Ngage always conducts relationships and business with our values front of mind. Through our culture, in new business, and across the operations of our day-to-day best practices, we constantly refer to our vision and the mission we have set out to actualize: Delivering crafted solutions through collaboration, culture, and change. To us, the values we have outlined – to put customers first, act with integrity, be passionate, collaborate openly, think big, and have fun – are not just goals we strive to achieve, but standards we work and live by each day.
As part of our 2022 strategic plan, we collaborated across teams and in conjunction with leadership to identify a long-standing theme for the year ahead. In its ideation, the intention of a theme was to have something we could all refer to as our “why.” Following collaborative brainstorming sessions, our theme will drive strategy not just in our culture, but across the messaging, intention, and scope of work we provide to our clients. Rather than having upper-level management determine a theme or decide what our priorities should be, we turned inward, per our value system, and collaborated. Our staff participated in identifying ideas and then collectively voted on what we felt best represented what we want our focus to be in 2022. We are so excited to share that our theme for this year is: Be Extraordinary!
We are proud to say that we receive frequent feedback from our clients on how hard-working the Ngage teams are – and we humbly agree! Our team is constantly championing and challenging one another and growing as a result. We want this hard work and dedication that we commit to each other, our clients, and ourselves to be reflective in the theme. Ngage is always willing to go the extra mile or spend the extra time, and what better way to highlight and constantly reiterate that with a theme that emphasizes the extra effort we put in each day to stand out against the ordinary and status-quo of association management.
