Allison is a self-described introverted-people person. Whether she is thoughtfully cultivating ideas with the team, or working independently on design execution, Allison values feedback and the opportunity to think laterally and in inventive ways. With a deep understanding and appreciation for the inception and execution of any creative process, she brings imagination to every project and is an asset to both Ngage and its clients. In addition to her strong artistic skillset, Allison can see a project through its implementation and enjoys work that invokes emotion and response. Allison obtained her Associate degree in Graphic Communications from Lansing Community College and has several years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and videography.
